Coverage: dependent on ink viscosity, mesh size and hole configuration, etc.

Usage Properties: superior adhesion, good flexibility and elasticity without sticky hand feeling, good abrasion,scratch & scuff resistance.Thinner: ketone type organic solvent, adjusting to desired drying speed.

Printing Process: stir well before use, then screen print with PU squeegee blade in shore hardness of 65 to 85through polyester screen mesh to the substrate (For manual operation). Full air dry requires a minimum 24-hour cure time. This ink system also works well with transfer printing and spray painting process.

Suitable Substrate: various genuine and artificial leather finishes, nubuck, Nylon & Tetoron cloth products,waterproof nylon fabrics, nylon webbing, bag fabrics, PU leather ,PET fiber, PA fiber, etc.

Packing: 1kgs/tin; 5kgs/tin, 20kgs/drum

Storage: for maximum shelf life, keep the packing containers closed and store in a cool environment between 5°C and 25°C, out of direct sunlight and away from any open flame.

Attention: solvency of the thinner is required to be monitored for specific working conditions. More tests arerequired to be made with some substrates of specially waterproof treatment. Special additives available fromTRIO CHEM are recommended for adhesion enhancement.
