water based ink             

                              Denim White Paste—HCG302/Denim Clear Paste—HCG310

This paste is used mainly on Mainly Denim Fabrics and High Quality Garments etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

Appearance: white HCG302;  milky HCG310

PH value: 7-8 

Features: Excellent Resistance to Rub and Wash Using Soap and Detergents, Excellent Resistance to Snow Wash, Stone Wash, Acid Wash, Bleaching Wash, Enzyme Wash

Formula:

For white: HCG302 80%-90%, HCG310 10%-20%

For medium color intensity: HCG3102 40%-50%, HCG310 50%-60%

For high color intensity: HCG302 10%-20%, HCG310 80%-90%

Pigment emulsion no more than 10 %. 

Printing process: textile printing→air dry→12-24 hours for full cure→2 hours of washing fastness at 60°C for 5 times or more after full cure.

Packing: 25kgs/PP barrel for HCG302; 20kgs/PP barrel for HCG310

Attention:  

3%-5% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 8 hours or be discarded. 

Base printing is recommended as filler to corse weave denim.
