Cubic-effect White Paste--HCG502/ Cubic-effect Clear Paste-HCG510This paste is mainly used to produce cubic-effect visually and physically on general fabrics like cotton, T/C and blends. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.Chemical Nature: Acrylic Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc. 

Appearance: white HCG502;  yellowish HCG510

PH value: 6.5-7

Features: Heavy Cubic Hand Feeling, Excellent Rub&Scratch Properties.

Formula:For white: HCG502 80%-90%, HCG510 10%-20%For medium color intensity: HCG502 40%-50%, HCG510 50%-60%For high color intensity: HCG202 10%-20%, HCG210 80%-90%Pigment emulsion no more than 10 %.

Printing process: textile printing→air dry for 12-24 hous→130°C for 2 minutes through dryer→2 hours washing fastness at 60°C for 3 times or more after being fully dry.

Packing: 60kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG502; 50kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG510

Attention: 1.5%-3% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Using thick and deep screen stencil is a must for cubic-effect printing.
